Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building (Group) Co., Ltd. integrated its EPC business segments; three subsidiaries were merged to establish Jinggong Green Building Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building (Group) Co., Ltd. merged and restructured Zhongcheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., obtaining the Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Construction Engineering and the Grade A Qualification for Architectural Industry Design. Zhejiang Jinggong Green Building Residential Technology Co., Ltd. was founded to vigorously expand the residential building business.
The PSC integrated building technology and information management platform was comprehensively upgraded. PEC technology was proposed for the first time and exhibited at the China International Housing Industry Expo, and five major integrated building product lines were upgraded systematically.
In the same year, the company was rated as one of the first batch of National Prefabricated Building Industrial Bases; Jinggong Green Building was accredited as the Shanghai Engineering Technology Research Center for Prefabricated Building Technology Integration.
Production began at the Jinggong Green Building Industrial Park, marking the launch of turnkey solutions for prefabricated integrated construction projects.
Jinggong Green Building was recognized as the “Zhejiang Provincial Research Center for Steel Structure Prefabricated Integrated Building Engineering Technology.” The company achieved breakthroughs in the R&D of green integrated building technologies, with a research building successfully assembled in just 15 days, marking the successful trial of its GBS Green Integrated Office Building System.
The "Zhejiang Green Building System Integration Industry Technology Alliance" initiated by Jingong Green Building has been selected as a Key Industry Technology Alliance of Zhejiang Province. It is the first technical alliance in Zhejiang Province and the only one in the industry that integrates industry, university, and research.
Zhejiang Lvzhu Integration Technologies Co., Ltd. was established, marking the launch of turnkey solutions for prefabricated integrated construction projects.
January: 258 million yuan was invested to fully acquire Guangdong Kingkong Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd.
December: The company acquired Qingdao Urban and Rural Architectural Design Institute and Asia Architecture Co., Ltd., and founded Green Building Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
March: the International Business Headquarters was established, with business coverage extending to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Africa and other regions.
April: Construction started on the heavy steel export base with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters.
August: Construction officially commenced on the National Stadium (Bird's Nest) , the main venue of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, undertaken by the company.
December: The company successfully obtained the Japanese Steel Structure Grade H Certification and entered the Japanese market.
June: Successfully acquired Anhui Changjiang Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., a listed company, achieving a backdoor listing. The company was later renamed Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building (Group) Co., Ltd.
